Project Walk, based in Carlsbad, CA, exists to provide an improved quality of life for people with spinal cord injuries through intense exercise-based recovery programs, education, support and encouragement. Project Walk is internationally recognized as a pioneer in the emerging field of exercise-based recovery for spinal cord injuries. . Their center includes the most experienced Spinal Cord Injury Recovery Specialists; current and published research; some of the most of the advanced equipment designed to treat this injury; and equipment that no other location has since it has been developed by and for Project Walk.

The National Transplant Assistance Fund (NTAF) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization providing fundraising assistance to transplant and catastrophic injury patients. They serve as an administrator for the funds to assure contributors that the money raised will be used for its intended purpose: that is, to assist with uninsured medical expenses related to organ/tissue transplantation or catastrophic injury.

At the Goodwill Fitness Center, we believe that every person, regardless of physical disability or health status, can benefit from a comprehensive exercise program. There are currently about 70,000 people in Orange County living with physical disabilities, and the number grows each year. If you’re one of these people, there has been no fitness center in Orange County to serve you – until now. The Goodwill Fitness Center is designed especially for people with disabilities and chronic illness and is a state-of-the-art 12,000 square foot facility. Fully outfitted with the finest accessible fitness equipment and staffed by trained fitness professionals, the center is open five days a week.
